Once you’ve reserved something on this website, we’ll usually give you a quick call to confirm your order and help with any questions you might have.

If you can’t come to the depot, give us a call and we’ll usually be able to get you what you need the same or the next day.

Prices are included for all hire items on this website, depending on how long you need your equipment for.

Do I need to pay a deposit and/or provide identification?

Yes, you’ll need to pay a deposit and you may need to provide photo ID if you’re not already a regular or account customer.

How can I be sure the plant I’m hiring is in good working order?

We maintain and test all of our plant and equipment to the highest industry standards after every hire – it’s one of the things we do to keep our customers coming back time and time again.

What happens if my hire equipment breaks down, is damaged or stolen?

Let us know as soon as possible and we’ll do everything we can to replace it for you.

Do you provide health and safety guidance?

All of our equipment comes with the relevant instructions and certificates and we’re always happy to give you safety guidance when we demonstrate how it works.

There’s ample parking at our depot to help you load up if you’re collecting your hire equipment.

Where do you deliver?

We usually deliver anywhere within a 15 mile radius of our Borehamwood depot, including in London north of the Thames and surrounding counties, but give us a call if you’re further afield and we’ll see what we can do.
